Our writ petition came up for hearing on 6/12/2012. The respondents failed to file a reply and asked for more time. The judge has given them a last opportunity to file their reply at next date of hearing on 12/1/2013 .

The matter did not come up before the Court. Next date of Hearing not notified.

LAND ACQUISITION CASE: SOCIETY V/S HUDA

We wish to bring to members attention that through the collective effort of members, the land acquisition case currently in the HC between the Society and HUDA will next be heard on 20/11/2012.

Despite the administrators indifference, members have pledged their support to this cause, by pledging funds to enable us to instruct lawyers to fight this case.

Our relief is in the Land owned by the Society; please help us with your continued support to fight for you in this cause.

SOCIETY ELECTION RELATED CASE -DWARKANATH AND OTHERS HEARING DATE 7/11/2012.

Respondents appeared in Court and asked for more time to file their reply.
As members, we are all anxious to have an early decision in this matter to progress towards
an early election. In this context we had requested our lawyers to seek a short date. We are
pleased to inform you that the Honorable Judge agreed and the Judge has fixed the next date of hearing
on 29/11/2012.
